We want you to be fully satisfied with your IndieMerchstore gear, so we offer returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain limited edition drops and clearance items may be marked as final sale.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring all tags are attached and the merchandise is in its original condition.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once we process the arrival at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be issued.
